All wrapped up in a fantastic 7" kiln fired Lebanese wrap which won't leak or split like conventional wrap breads.

In addition, we offer branded wrap paper or bags, variety stickers and a full range of menu cards and POS plus free-on-loan equipment.

The meats come frozen in cases of 50 which re-heat from chilled in 30 minutes in a bain marie. The bread is also frozen in cases of 100 (10x10) whereas the sauces are ambient with 6x495ml bottles per case. Full details can be printed by going to the factsheet tab.
