The important things about the steamer are;

1. It does not need plumbing in - It takes 2 kettles worth of water
2. It is not an oven it is a steamer to heat the product through
3. When it runs low, a 'low water warning' light will come on so just top it up
4. It has only 2 settings “heat” and “hold”
5. It takes about 25 minutes to heat the sausages
6. Empty it at night and fill it with clean water every day
7. You need to clean it every day but that’s easy
8. It holds 40 sausages and they can be held all day
9. You need to hold over 65 degrees
